Police say they are treating the blaze at the premises on the Ballyconnell Road in Derrylin as suspicious at this stage.
The fire, which caused damage to the office building, was reported shortly before 7pm on Friday.
This is the latest in a series of attacks on the company property since former billionaire businessman Sean Quinn was removed from the business last year.
In December, a lorry was driven through the wall of a staff canteen, causing considerable damage to parts of the building.
Mr Quinn, once Ireland's richest man, was stripped of control of his manufacturing and insurance business empire last April.
Earlier this week, the 65-year-old said the former Anglo-Irish will never get back the money it is owed, after the bank won a legal challenge to have his bankruptcy in Northern Ireland annulled.
Detectives in Enniskillen have appealed for anyone with information about the fire to come forward.
