Just after 9pm two armed men entered the Beersbridge Road business.

Armed with guns, they threatened a female member of staff before making off with money and cigarettes.

The woman was not harmed in the incident.

Both men are believed to have made off toward the Hyndford Street area on foot before possibly heading back to the Beersbridge Road again on bicycles.

One of the men was described as 5'6" tall, medium build, wearing a dark-coloured hooded top with bright blue gloves, grey trousers with stripes on the side and black trainers.

The other was described as 5 '9" tall, slimmer than the first, wearing a dark hooded top, black peaked cap, grey jeans, black trainers, possibly Converse, and carrying a grey rucksack.

Police have appealed for information.
