Portrush motorist died due to ill health

A Co Antrim motorist took unwell and died while driving in Portrush on Thursday, police have confirmed.

The man, who was aged in his 50s, was driving on Crocknamack Road when he took ill, resulting in a one vehicle collision.

Police are not treating this as a road crash fatality as the cause of death was not as a result of the collision.
