It is understood the drugs were found in a van at a ferry terminal in Cairnryan, Dumfries and Galloway on Friday night.

Police believe the haul was heading for Ireland.

A 39-year-old Bolton man was arrested and is expected to appear before Stranraer Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
