Petrol bomb thrown at city centre pub

A 33-year-old man has been charged after a petrol bomb was thrown at a city centre pub in Belfast at the weekend.

The man is accused of several offences including common assault, criminal damage, making a petrol bomb and throwing a petrol bomb.

The charges relate to an incident on Saturday evening at Kelly's Cellars in the Bank Street area.

He will appear at Belfast Magistrates' Court on Friday 23 August.

Ryan in Belfast - Where does it say this was a sectarian attack??? Did you make that up or do you know something the rest of us don't. Maybe you should take your evidence to the police! Or is it just possible that you want it to be sectarian as the world is seeing just how much Republicans want a 'shared future'.
