Patrol officers gave chase to a grey-coloured Citroen C5 car on the Glen Road on Tuesday at around 6.15pm.
The vehicle had been reported as stolen from a filling station in the Stewartstown Road area earlier in the afternoon.
A stinger device was used on the car which was subsequently abandoned in Suffolk Court.
Two officers sustained injuries after the stolen car reversed into the police vehicle at speed. They did not require hospital treatment.
The driver of the car was detained at the scene and a passenger arrested a short time later.
A 23-year-old man has been charged with 14 offences, including aggravated vehicle taking, burglary and driving when unfit.
A second 23-year-old man has been charged with six offences, including aggravated vehicle taking, burglary and using a motor vehicle without insurance.
Both men are due to appear at Lisburn Magistrates' Court on Thursday morning.
Police believe one further passenger made off from the scene and enquiries are continuing to trace this individual.
