A number of shots were fired through the bedroom window of a family home in the Glen Road area of the Co Tyrone town on 28 January.
No-one was injured in the incident but five people were inside at the time.
Police said two men aged 35 and 42 will face charges of causing grievous bodily harm with intent on Monday at Enniskillen Magistrates Court.
It comes after a 35-year-old appeared in court in Omagh on 31 January on gun charges brought in the wake of the shooting.
