Mairead, along with four other Irish peace activists returned to Dublin earlier after being held at a detention centre near Tel Aviv.
Soldiers seized the The MV Rachel Corrie on Saturday evening in the port town of Ashdod.
The last of the peace flotillas was carrying 11 passengers, whose effort was mainly sponsored by the Free Gaza movement, a Cyprus-based group that has renounced violence.
Ms Maguire spoke to UTV as she landed on home soil at Dublin airport: "I would like to appeal to President Obama because he has the power to life the land, sea and air siege of Gaza. President Obama also has the power to say to the Israeli Government enough is enough".
The vessel was around 30 miles outside Gaza when it was intercepted.
The crew of the ship had rejected a deal to unload its cargo in Israel and accompany it across the border.
Last week Israeli commandoes stormed another vessel carrying supplies into the region killing nine people and injuring dozens of others.
