Seven other infants, associated with the outbreak at the Royal Jubilee Maternity Hospital in Belfast, have the bacteria on their skin, but are not infected.
This second figure is one less than was reported on Wednesday.
These children are being treated both at the Royal Jubilee neonatal unit and Antrim Area Hospital.
Two babies in Altnagelvin Hospital in Londonderry and two babies in the neonatal unit in Craigavon Area Hospital also have pseudomonas on their skin, but their condition is not related to the outbreak at the Royal Jubilee Maternity.
On Monday the Public Health Agency ordered all seven neonatal units across Northern Ireland to swab the infants in their care to check if they had pseudomonas, if they had admitted babies from the Royal or Altnagelvin since November.
The Public Health Agency says those results are expected next week.
