The new positions, which will include technical and sales staff, will add to the Donnelly Group's 550 existing employees across Northern Ireland.
It is thought the redevelopment could be the start of increased investment at the Campsie site over the next few years.
"We are already talking to a number of manufacturers and we believe we could create another 50 jobs over the next five years," said company managing director Houston Taggart.
Almost all of the construction work at the site over the past six months has been carried out by local firms.
A new Suzuki showroom has joined the existing Fiat dealership at Campsie, while the Toyota showroom has a new state of the art facility.
"It's a new concept in showrooms, a first for Northern Ireland and is going to be replicated at other centres throughout Ireland," said Donnelly and Taggart sales director, Victor Pollock.
