Stab suspect moved from police custody

A 26-year-old man arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Ballymena has been moved from police custody to secure accommodation.

John Lamont, 64, died in a knife attack in the Carnvale area of the Co Antrim town in the early hours of Tuesday.
His 59-year-old wife is being treated in hospital for stab wounds.
The man has been transferred to secure accommodation in the health service under the Mental Health Order.
