Leanne Hume was taken to hospital for a scan after the dramatic, double-decker crash in East Bridge Street last August but was told her unborn child was not harmed.
A month later she gave birth to little Kara, who is now three months old - but she says she feared the worst during the terrifying incident outside Central Station.
"My first thoughts were of the baby and my mum as well because she was sitting beside me and I knew that she had fallen on top of me," Leanne said.
I wanted to shout - this is the bus crash baby ... we just can't believe it

"I cradled the bump and my mum took a lot of the brunt on her knees because she didn't want to fall on me and then there was a pause and a guy sitting beside us fell on top of both of us.
"It was awful even being pregnant and having to get off the bus because we had to get out of the front window and crawl over the driver so it was quite traumatic."
Around 30 passengers had to be treated for their injuries after the vehicle mounted the kerb, hit a wall and toppled over.
The police investigation into the crash is now complete but no charges were brought - Translink, however, is still investigating the incident.
Leanne says she will never forget that fateful day last August but for her family it serves as a reminder of just how lucky they are to have their healthy, happy baby.
