The Dungannon-founded company, which is one of the UK's leading producers of locally-farmed chicken, will launch the foods in June.
They will be the first chicken products to be released under the Jamie Oliver branding.
The chef, who has championed higher welfare farming, said he is pleased to have created the meals from produce sourced in an "honest and responsible" way.
"I'm really excited to be working with Moy Park on this new range of affordable chicken products, which uses only British chicken," he explained.
"We've used the finest ingredients to inspire people to get stuck in and enjoy cooking simple, delicious and affordable food that's full of flavour and sourced in an honest and responsible way."
Andrew Nethercott from Moy Park explained how the pairing came about.
He said: "It was a natural meeting of minds working with Jamie on the range and we're delighted with the results.
"Farming is at the heart of our business and we are extremely proud to work with poultry farmers who employ the highest standards on their farms, ensuring sustainability, welfare and product quality are their priorities.
"We believe the Jamie Oliver chicken range demonstrates our shared passion for higher welfare and tasty food that can be produced on a scale that makes quality food attainable for a larger market."
The new products go on sale across the UK and Ireland next month.
