With the amount of recent fatal road accidents it is time N. Ireland had a dedicated Air Ambulance staffed by trauma doctors and critical care paramedics. I have seen first hand the difference these specialist medics can make on the UK mainland, and more lives could be saved. As a biker myself I extend my condolences to Mr McClements family.
