Two men have been charged in connection with an armed robbery at a shop in Dungannon, Co Tyrone.

The incident happened at around 10pm on Sunday, when a man armed with a knife, entered the shop in the Donaghmore Road area and demanded cash from a worker.

A sum of money was handed over to the robber, who was wearing a pink balaclava.

The staff member was left badly shaken by the incident.

The men aged, 20 and 30, are due to appear at Omagh Magistrates' Court on Tuesday on robbery charges.
