A man in his 60s has been shot in the leg in west Belfast.

Two men called at his door in the Irwell Court area at around 6.50pm on Friday.

They pushed him inside and carried out the shooting.

Police said the man has been taken to hospital for treatment.

Anyone who witnessed the incident has been asked to contact the PSNI.
