Man seriously injured in Pomeroy crash

A 33-year-old man has suffered a serious head injury in a two-vehicle road crash in Pomeroy, Co Tyrone.

The collision between a red Volkswagen Tranporter and black Volkswagen Golf happened on the Cavanakeeran Road on Friday at around 10.15pm.

The man was taken to hospital for treatment to his injury.

Police have appealed for anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information to contact them.
