Man released in RAAD probe

A 47-year-old man arrested as part of a police investigation into the republican vigilante group RAAD has been released unconditionally.

He was detained in Londonderry on Thursday by officers looking into paramilitary shootings in the city.
Youths threw stones and petrol bombs at police as they carried out the searches, during which they seized eight guns.
A 43-year-old man arrested during the same operation is still being questioned by the detectives.
