The pair were both arrested on Monday morning, in an operation carried out by Northern Division officers and members of the Special Detective Unit.

One man, who was held at Raheny Station, was released without charge later that day.

Officers said a file will be prepared and forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions.

The other man, who is in his 30s, remains in police custody at Clontarf Station under Section 30 Offences against the State Act 1939.
