As a tax payer living in belfast i am very happy for my money to be spent here, as an attack can take place in any city in the world regardless of how friendly that city may be! :)

This is the beautiful family friendly city of kindness that arlene foster is spending £600,000.00 of us taxpayers cash on promoting, a city where someone gets stabbed in the face in broad daylight on one of its premier central streets. What a MOBY !!.
