It's after £500,000 of cannabis plants were found in a Chinese restaurant in Main St, Greyabbey on Friday 23 August.
He is charged with possession of a class B controlled drug, conspiracy to supply class B controlled drugs, cultivating cannabis and transferring criminal property.
As is normal procedure, all charges are reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
Two other people have already appeared in court charged with similar offences relating to the find.
