A 26-year-old man has been charged in connection with an aggravated burglary at a house in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh.

The incident happened on Friday shortly after 11.20pm, when three men are reported to have forced their way into a property in the Pound Street area and attacked a man inside.

The 26-year-old is due to appear at Enniskillen Magistrates' Court on Monday.

He is accused of aggravated burglary with intent to steal and false imprisonment.

Two other men were arrested over the attack, a 19-year-old has since been released on police bail while another 23-year-old has been released unconditionally.
