He was arrested in England on Monday and is due to appear at Craigavon Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.

Kevin Conway, 30, was found shot and with his hands bound behind his back at a disused farm house at Soldierstown Road, Aghalee in February 1998.

"The charge follows a review of the original murder investigation by detectives attached to Serious Crime Branch," a PSNI spokeswoman explained.

Police have appealed to the community to come forward if they have any information about Mr Conway's murder.
