Detectives from Organised Crime branch found the drugs during the search of a property on Saturday.
A 28-year-old is facing drugs offences and is due to appear at Ards Magistrates' Court on Monday.
DCI Todd Clements from Organised Crime said police around the world are working together to restrict the sale of drugs, but, at a local level, communities also have a responsibility.
"This was quite a significant seizure, which builds on our determination to demonstrate to the people of Northern Ireland that we are committed to tackling the issues of drug distribution and drug supply," said DCI Clements.
"Drugs can have a devastating impact on communities, our young people and the wider associated anti-social behaviour issues that accompany drug misuse.
"I would appeal to local communities for their continued assistance in bringing those involved in this organised criminal activity before the courts," he added.
He urged anyone with information about the production, selling and misuse of drugs should contact police.
