Man charged over city pipe bomb

A man has been charged in relation to a January 2009 pipe bomb attack in west Belfast
A man is to appear in court charged in connection with a west Belfast pipe bomb attack in January last year.

The 39-year-old man faces a number of offenses in relation to an incident on the Whitewell road in 2009.

He is to appear in Belfast Magistrates Court on Friday morning.

The charges are to be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
