Man charged over £100k cannabis find

A 26-year-old man has been charged in connection with £100k of suspected cannabis recovered by police in Bessbrook, Co Armagh.

The man is accused of possessing Class B drugs with intent to supply.

He is due to appear at Armagh Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

Drugs were recovered following a planned raid of a house in the Barron's Hill area on Friday.

A sum of money and other drug-related paraphernalia was also seized from the property.
