A man questioned by police investigating disorder following Union flag demonstrations has been released on bail.

The 65-year-old was detained in south Belfast on Saturday on suspicion of offences relating to the protests.

He is being questioned by detectives from the Operation Dulcet inquiry team.

The arrest was made by detectives from the Operation Dulcet inquiry team, a taskforce set up to probe the violence that broke out across Northern Ireland following loyalist flag protests.

Realistic Planet Earth - Spoilt child? You are the one with childish comments. I think you will find there will be no arrests re the morbid death celebrations, probably because the PSNI took no action! But never mind it's a shared society now etc, blah blah blah....

Hundreds arrested and how many charged and jailed? Take your blinkers off boys. btw i would not like every PUL arrested, only the guilty ones, which i would like given jail sentences they deserve.

Also- tell us what difference it makes if there are no arrests or if there are 100 arrests re thatchers death parties? This guy would still have been arrested, wouldn't he?? duh! :)
