Man arrested in Belfast police chase

A 33-year-old man has been arrested after a police chase through Belfast city centre.

A car being driving erratically and on the wrong side of the road was spotted in Donegall Place at around 8am on Tuesday.
Police tried to stop the car on Royal Avenue but when the driver carried on, a pursuit ensued.
A PSNI spokesperson said "suitably trained police drivers" drove after the car.
The vehicle was stopped on the Ormeau Road and officers arrested the man.
