Man arrested after south Belfast crash

A 27-year-old man has been arrested following a road crash that injured two people in south Belfast.

The collision at Annadale Embankment involving a black BMW and a red Volkswagen Golf happened at around 9.40pm on Wednesday.
Two men were taken to hospital with injuries that are not thought to be life threatening.
The road was closed for a number of hours but has since reopened.
The 27-year-old who was detained is currently in custody helping police with their enquiries.
Police would ask anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them.
