Firefighters spent five hours battling a major blaze at an industrial estate in Londonderry.
The fire, at a unit on the Pennyburn Industrial Estate, broke out shortly after 6pm on Friday.
Eight crews were called to deal with the blaze, which they feared would spread to two adjoining units.
It is not yet known how the fire began. But the Fire and Rescue Service said shredded paper stored inside the unit made the building highly combustible.
District Commander Mark Darrall said it was an arduous night for his crews.
"The fire was so bad it was actually burning through the roof the building", he told UTV.
"It was very quickly apparent that if we didn't act we were going to lose the buildings on either side. So at the height of the fire we had eight appliances tackling the fire and ensuring it didn't spread to the other two units."
