Lauren Beavers, aged 20 and from the village of Eglish, was enrolled on a professional cookery course at South West College's Dungannon campus when she won a scholarship.
That took her to Blanc's two Michelin star restaurant in Oxfordshire, Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons.
We're extremely, extremely proud of Lauren.

"Really on the first week of her placement, Lauren was obviously impressing the team in the kitchen," Suzanne Workman, who runs the course Lauren had taken, said.
"By the fourth night, she had cooked some food for Raymond himself and the wonderful news that she came home with was that they wanted her to take up employment in Le Manoir."
