Hundreds at BBC Gaza coverage protest

Hundreds of people have taken part in a protest over the BBC's coverage of the Gaza conflict.

They assembled outside Broadcasting House in Belfast city centre just after 5pm on Friday evening and blocked part of Ormeau Avenue for a time.

The protestors claim the BBC's reporting of the crisis has been biased and unbalanced.

However the corporation insists its coverage has been impartial and fair.

Police said: "During the protest tonight the Ormeau Avenue was blocked for a time.

"Warnings were issued to the crowd regarding obstruction of the road and they began to disperse a number of minutes later."

What about there biased coverage closer to home, never mind on foriegn shores. There coverage of the pul community, leaves alot to be desired.

Israel are defending themselves from terrorist attacks the evidence has been on the news showing Hammas firing rockets from built up areas. ..They are targeting firing points not firing indiscriminately ..Look at the big picture ...
