William Mowbray was last seen at a hospital in the city at 3.10pm on Tuesday.

The 59-year-old, who is described as vulnerable, is of slim build and has brown hair and was wearing a red baseball cap, jeans and a dark coloured jacket when he vanished.

Police and his family said they are becoming increasingly concerned about his welfare.

A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Police would appeal to William or anyone who knows of his whereabouts to contact them at Strand Road Police Station on 0845 600 8000."
