A green Ford Mondeo car was extensively damaged after being torched on Tuesday at 7.45pm in the Islay Street area.

On Monday evening, at around 8.50pm, a shed was set alight in the Meadow area.

Ten minutes later, it was reported to police that a car had been set on fire and extensively damaged in the Kintyre area.

A car windscreen was then smashed in the Islay Street area at around 9.05pm.

The attacks come after a series of arsons on vehicles in Antrim over the weekend.

Police would appeal for anyone with any information about these incidents to contact them.
