Raids took place at 10 properties in the Dungannon, Cookstown and Portadown areas on Wednesday as a result of a six-month investigation.
It was launched after concerns were raised by people in the local community.
The men who have been charged are aged between 24 and 29.
They will appear at Strabane Magistrates Court later on Thursday.
Police said two other men are already in custody in relation to this investigation, and added that the investigation is still continuing.
