Emergency crews were alerted to the scene at Faulkner Road, off the Clandeboye Road, at 11:50pm on Saturday.

A NIFRS spokesperson said that it took eight appliances about six hours to get the blaze under control.

"When we arrived the fire was very well developed and through the roof," he added.

Crews left the scene at about 9.30am on Sunday.

At this stage, the PSNI believe that the fire was started deliberately.

Police have advised nearby residents to keep their doors and windows closed due to the amount of smoke.

The PSNI are investigating the cause of the blaze.
