Police are investigating after a blaze broke out at the unoccupied building in Upper Dunmurry Lane in the early hours of Friday morning.
Officers believe an accelerant was used to start the fire.
They are appealing for witnesses, who saw anything suspicious in the area between midnight and 1am on Friday, to contact them.
