Extra time granted over Ardoyne murder

Detectives questioning two suspects about the murder of a man in Ardoyne, north Belfast in the early hours of Saturday have been granted extra time.

The body of Eamonn Ferguson, 35 and from the north Belfast area, was found just before 3am at a flat at Ardoyne Place in the city.
PSNI Serious Crime Branch detectives detained the two men on Saturday as part of the murder inquiry.
Police are appealing for anyone who noticed suspicious activity in the area around the time of the murder to contact them.
