Ducks stolen in Kilrea

A large number of ducks have been stolen from a farm in Kilrea, Co Londonderry.

A total of 26 ducks were taken from the property in the Blackrock Road area.

The theft happened on Friday 12 October, but the information has just been released.

Four different breeds were stolen - Silvercall, Saxony, Khaki, and Silver Appleyard Minature.

Their value is estimated at £500.

Police are appealing for anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time of the incident to contact them.
