So a Hate Crime was REPORTED .... then this Person was ARRESTED ... then taken into custody and released.. A file will be prepared and submitted to the Public Prosecution Service (PPS) also known as the Public Prosecution Shambles for a decision to prosecute or not ..... Finally, if it gets to court, the Judiciary will give a suspended sentence ...... Confidence in the Judicial System of Northern Ireland .... Ha !!!!

Lots of offences being labelled as 'hate crimes' given the recent heightened awareness. Were there ever any 'actually I quite like you' crimes?
