Raymond and Sharon Murray will also relinquish the contents of two bank accounts and an endowment policy, the Serious Organised Crime Agency said.
SOCA was granted a recovery order against the couple's assets during a hearing at the High Court in Belfast.
The case was referred to the agency by the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
Lawyers for SOCA alleged Raymond Murray, 50, and Sharon Murray, 49, from Pinewood Avenue, Carrickfergus amassed wealth through unlicensed money lending and laundering.
The couple agreed to hand over the assets to settle the claim against them.
