The boat went down off the coast of Co Cork at around 6am on Sunday.
Dive teams are hoping for better weather conditions as they attempt to comb the area around the Adam and Eve islands near Glandore.
Kevin Kershaw, 21, of Dublin, is amongst those still missing.
His father Paddy has been helping the search operation, now into its third day.
"The last text message I got was Friday at 3.30pm," Mr Kershaw said. "I still have it in my phone. He was excited about going on the ship.
"I think the bodies are in the hull of the boat, and I think myself they were asleep when they hit the rocks."
One survivor, Egyptian fisherman Mohammed Abd Elgwad, has been rescued.
Another three fishermen and skipper Michael Hayes were also aboard the Tit Bonhomme when it ran aground.
Irish Coastguard helicopters, gardai, around 17 fishing boats, lifeboats from Courtmacsherry and Baltimore, as well as some 100 civil defence and coastguard volunteers will take part in the search.
