Elizabeth Boyle and Fernando - who is three years old - were last seen at the Cheeky Monkeys play centre in Sheepbridge, Newry, at around 3.30pm on Thursday.
Six-year-old Pinar Boyle is also missing.
Police said Elizabeth is described as slim with shoulder length blonde hair.
She was wearing pale blue jeans and an orange coloured top when last seen.
Fernando has a swarthy complexion, brown hair and wore denim shorts and a red polo shirt.
Pinar has curly brown hair and wore a white dress with pastel flowers at the bottom.
Police said the three are considered vulnerable.
