A Chinese man has been arrested in Ballymena by Border Agency officers investigating illegal immigration.
The operation is part of a UK-wide crackdown to tackle sham marriages and "organised immigration crime," the agency said.
The man was arrested at The New Manley Chinese restaurant at Springwell Street in Ballymena on Wednesday.
He is being questioned at Antrim police station.
The UK Border Agency issued the restaurant with a penalty notice, which means they could be fined up to £10,000, unless bosses can prove they carried out correct right-to-work checks.
