Bottles and other missiles were thrown at police in the Ardoyne area last month, following an Orange Order parade past the shop fronts.

Two 17-year-old boys have been charged with riotous assembly. One is also charged with indecent behaviour, and the second faces a charge of criminal damage.

They are due to appear at Belfast Youth Court on Thursday and next month respectively.

Good to see some honest reporting - 'token Orange Order parade' and 'past the Ardoyne shopfronts' rather then the usual spin that hundreds of marchers are trampling through the middle of a Roman Catholic area.
