Three cats have died in Mallusk in what police say could be a spate of deliberate poisonings.

Between four and six cats may have been poisoned in Hydepark Manor in the town last month. One of the animals died.

Another two cats reportedly died last week after they were poisoned.

During post mortem one of the cats tested positive for anti-freeze.

Police are keen to establish if the suspected poisonings are deliberate and are appealing for information.

These wee animals annoy me ALOT!! I would never harm one but I am sick to the back teeth of them doing their business in my garden and flower beds! Dog owners are made to pick up after their dogs and I think cat owners should be made to do the same!
