Teleperformance UK, part of the global Teleperformance Group and the UK's leading "pureplay" contact centre outsourcer have created the vacancies in customer service and client executive roles.

The company is a leading outsourcer for global brands and organisations across private and public sectors. It has 14 sites and over 7,000 people working for major brands and Government clients in the UK.

Alistair Niederer, Chief Executive of Teleperformance UK, commented: "We are currently enjoying a high level of growth across the UK and are proud to be creating such a boost in Northern Ireland with these vacancies. We are looking for talented people that have a passion for delivering excellent customer service."

Dr Gerard O'Hare, chairman of The Parker Green Group, which owns the Quays Complex in Newry where the majority of the new jobs will be created, said he was delighted once again to work with the company where over 2,500 people already work.

"Delivering real jobs right now is a tremendous boost for the local economies and Teleperformance UK are to be congratulated for demonstrating an on-going commitment to Northern Ireland at this time," he said.
