Boy dies after Co Dublin shooting

A 14-year-old boy has died after a "tragic" shooting incident in Co Dublin.

The teen was injured during the incident at a house in the Woodford area of Clondalkin shortly after 10pm on Tuesday.
He was taken to Tallaght Hospital where he died from his injuries.
It is understood the firearm was a legally-owned rifle.
A post-mortem examination is to be carried out into what Garda officers are treating as a tragic incident.
