Almost all the posts are being taken up by graduates.
The Crumlin-based company, which employs 1,200 staff, said the latest recruits are in addition to the 200 staff hired earlier this year.
It said the move comes as it continues a rolling expansion programme.
Randox makes diagnostics kits which it exports all over the world.
Mark Campbell from the firm said: "Our achievements are built upon the quality of our people, and I hope that our new recruits this week can help to write the next chapter of our success."
