Former US President Bill Clinton will briefly visit Northern Ireland in October
Former American president Bill Clinton is planning to return to Belfast next month.

A brief visit has been organised in advance of a major economic summit on Northern Ireland in Washington DC on 19 October.

It is being organised by Mr Clinton's office and Declan Kelly, the US economic envoy to Northern Ireland.

Mr Clinton was heavily involved in the peace process, especially in the run-up to the signing of the 1998 Good Friday Agreement.

He first visited Belfast in December 1995.

He met the Northern Ireland First Minister Peter Robinson and deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness in Washington earlier this year.

Details of his Northern Ireland visit will be released later.

John & Sebastion & Heather are you for serious. Please tell me you are trying to be funny. Are you without sin yourselves. His wife has forgiven him why can't you? Don't remember were Bill was a lover of the IRA. Would you prefer to have Bush the "christian" and warmonger visit?

Bill, don't bother, there are better places to go to than "here" - the locals whinge endlessly, the weather is grim and the beer is filled with chemicals and is undrinkable. There are some attractive birds if that's your thing, but they nag.

The only one who is being mocked, Sebastian, is you. Although, there may not be a need to do that. You do that well enough on your own. Your assertions are a ludicrious as a certain Terry Jones.

Oh, I'm sorry Sebastian. I didn't realise you were the voice of the Lord. Note, by the way, I gave him a bit more respect by using a capital "L." You, unfortunately could well be deemed as unsavable. Tell me, does this unforgiving "Lord" you refer to speak to you through animals or is it just a little voice in your head?
